Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address and a hashed password, to run your account.
• The property, unit, lease, rent, and maintenance details you enter — including tenant names and email addresses, and any photos you attach.
• Basic server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging.

How we use it

• To show you your own data and keep it in sync across your devices.
• To email you lease-end reminders and a monthly unpaid-rent summary.
• To email your tenants rent reminders and receipts — only for leases where you have turned tenant emails on, only about that lease's rent, and with your email address as the reply-to.
• To process Pro subscriptions.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — database, authentication, and photo storage.
• Stripe — payments. We store only Stripe's customer and subscription IDs, never card numbers.
• Resend — sending reminder emails.
• Vercel — hosting.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account from the Account page permanently removes your account, every record you entered, and every photo you uploaded. Stripe retains billing records as required for accounting.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted per account at the database level, and photos are only served through short-lived signed links.
